Refund Policy
At Root n Raw, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will do our best to make it right.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged, defective, or spoiled
- Wrong product was delivered
- Order was cancelled before dispatch
- Product was not delivered within a reasonable time due to our error
2. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.)
- Bank transfers may take an additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank
3. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued via:
- Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
- Bank transfer (for COD orders — please share your bank details when raising the request)
4. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted — for example, if a product is returned in a condition different from what was originally dispatched.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products that have been opened and used (unless defective)
- Orders where incorrect delivery address was provided by the customer
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email us immediately at rootnrawhealthy@gmail.com with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellations will follow the return and refund process.
