Return Policy

At Root n Raw, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our products. We want you to love every bite. If something isn't right, we're here to make it better.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product was received damaged, defective, or spoiled
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product is within its return window (see below)

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind or personal preference
• Products that have been opened and partially consumed (unless defective)
• Products purchased during a clearance or final sale

2. Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To raise a return request:

• Email us at rootnrawhealthy@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos
• Our team will review your request within 2 business days
• If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you
• Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement

4. Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must be:

• In their original, unopened packaging
• Not tampered with or altered in any way
• Accompanied by all original accessories (if any)

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, items that have been opened cannot be returned unless they are defective or spoiled upon receipt.
